I know the “smiling sponge style" was designed to make them easier to hold. I just find using them that way extra icky since it makes fingers extra pruny, gives the potential for scraping grime under one's fingernails, perhaps getting a finger stuck in an eye hole right before needing to sneeze and flinging gunk everywhere… I could go on but choose not to overthink it further. So yes, this handle is fantastic and I'd recommend it even for those of you without OCD. It actually fit the “Scrub Mommy” even better than the three included sponges due to the eye shape and since these sponges were almost twice as thick. They stand up to heavy scrubbing followed by a run through the dishwasher with the other dishes. However, they can try to slip off the handle at times while our "Scrub Mommy" didn't attempt to escape.

This works great! No leakage from the soap compartment (either end), the soap lasts a long time once the sponge gets going, and my hands get a break! It can't get everything, but it gets a lot! Most food crud, honestly. It won't scratch plastic food containers either, I tried that. Easy to use, no slippage thanks to the silicone grip... It's a nice addition to the kitchen. I like that we can hang it, and (supposedly) this works with the name brand too if you prefer their sponges. The kit I got came with the wand and multiple refills, which so far seem to be just as good as the original! Worth it.
I've purchased from the brand before and everything is as expected but, this set is not up to par. The sponges don't exactly fit the handle correctly. Takes some real effort to get one on there. I trued wetting the sponge but, that did not help. The sponge itself is VERY thick and large. It extends well beyond the surface of the handle leaving the scraper part unusable. The handle is comfortable, durable and easy to fill. I just find the sponge obnoxiously large and not overall that easy to use. While it does clean, I think after these are gone, I'll go back to my Dawn dish scrubber with the smileys refill sponges.
Only complaint is wand is too wide to wash cups,glasses and such and I bought to be able to use with wand as someone with diminished hand strength so a little disappointing, otherwise I would recommend
The handle works okay, and I like that it doesn’t have a smell like other sponges. The sponge has decent cleaning power and leaves surfaces feeling clean and fresh, which makes it effective for everyday use.However, it doesn’t reach into crevices very well, and after about two months, the handle tore and no longer holds soap properly. Great for general cleaning, but the durability is disappointing.
The sponge is too large to fit glasses, cups and small dishes, and soap leaks through the mouth of the smiley face of the sponge. I was disappointed because I also have extra sponges that came with it.

This is just like the scrub daddy sponges. They stay stiff when used with cold water and they soften up with warm water. Great to use to scrub my pots when food is stuck to them sonce I don\'t have to worry about scratching them. The sponges fit on the handle perfectly and don\'t leak when filled with liquid soap.
I like these they\'re very functional. It makes cleaning much easier. They seem very durable. Very easy to use. You can use them in the kitchen or in the bathroom to clean shower walls as well.

I love this dish sponge it works so well to clean my dishes off before they are put in the dishwasher. Being able to put dish liquid in the handle really helps to clean the dishes even better. It gently scrubs so yu can use this on anything.
These are identical to its branded alternative and have all the same advantages and disadvantages. The handle can be twisted open to pour dish soap into and dispensed through the sponge using the button on the handle. This works okay and it\'s one less step when doing dishes. Overall, I think this is a good value especially if you\'re someone who likes these kind of soap dispensing handles.
I got this because I have a Costco sized box of the branded sponges, and knew right away that this would probably work for them. THEY DO!These sponges that come with this don\'t really work as well as the real Scrub Daddy sponges, but they do work in a similar manner.The handle itself is very nice. It holds the sponge heads on, and a good amount of soap inside the handle. The push button on the handle is sensitive enough to let out different amounts of soap based on the pressure on the button. It does come out in between the gaps in the sponge, so it may take some swishing to get the soap back into the sponge, but it does work well!Even my husband (who doesn\'t really do dishes much) really liked using it to wash his egg pan. When you use these types of sponges cold, it really gets eggs off of pans and both of us don\'t like using cold water so this saves out hands big time!I do really like the handle, and the sponges are okay, but for the $20 price tag I\'m glad it comes with sponges too, even if they are not the best quality.
My wife has been begging me to pick this up for her, so she finally got it off amazon. The scrubber is nice, and is essentially your standard scrubbing sponge but the handle allows for soap to come out. its really neat and she has enjoyed using it for cleaning our dishes.

This scrubber is PERFECT for cleaning my kitchen sink, because not only does it clean great but it takes barely any force on my part to scrub all of the build up off of the sides which really saves my arm.
This thing is great! As someone who doesn\'t like to touch nasty sponges when it can be avoided, this is a game-changer. It\'s easy to attach the sponges and fun that they have a goofy face. The sponges themselves work well to scrub off even pretty tough grease and the like. I haven\'t used the soap applicator that\'s within the handle because I have a dispenser built into my sink, so I can\'t comment on how that works, but it seems like a nice added feature. Great price!
This scrubber works as intended. I did have a few occasions where the sponge would come off the handle pretty easily but nothing to cause long-term problems. Works well when cleaning my sink and some larger dishes.
This brush and refill pack is great!! My kids got a kick out of it, too. Pretty easy to just shove the sponge on to the handle and it stays on securely for whatever your scrubbing needs are (mine is just dishes). This would be great for cleaning the sides of the bath/shower as well.
This thing is amazing. I had my doubts but using it shattered all my skipisizm. The value is implacable. The quality and versatility. You can use them for practically everything, from dishes to bathroom and kitchen. Great value and highly recommended
