Scrub Moji Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Scrub Moji products. If you don't, here's how returns and refunds work.

Sponges, Double Moji, and Duo Sponges — 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Scrub Moji sponge, Double Moji, or Duo sponge within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue a full refund — no need to send anything back. Just reach out to us with your order number and let us know what went wrong.

How to request a refund:

We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days — no return shipment required

Handles, Dual Handle, and Teardrop Scrub Brush — 30-Day Return

Handles and brushes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition (unworn, undamaged, with original packaging where possible).

How to return:

Email support@scrubmoji.com with your order number to request a return authorization
Ship the item back to us at the address we provide (customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full — at no cost to you, and without needing the item returned.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
